We're looking for a visionary and strategic Business & Operations Director to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our church. This exciting role will lead our financial sustainability, commercial development, and operational strategy, ensuring our mission is well-resourced and positioned for long-term growth. Working closely with the clergy, staff, and trustees, you'll play a key role in developing new opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and helping us maximise our impact across Bradford. Church Leader of Fountains Church Bradford

Fountains Church Bradford is seeking an experienced, strategic, and faith-filled leader to guide the church into its next chapter as a thriving city-centre Resource Church. The successful candidate will build on the church's pioneering vision by leading with confidence, growing the Sunday afternoon congregation, strengthening discipleship, developing leaders, and fostering a united, high-performing staff and volunteer team. They will work collaboratively with diocesan leaders, oversee governance, support church planting and mission initiatives across Bradford, and partner closely with the Business and Operations Director to ensure long-term financial sustainability. The role will focus on refreshing the church's vision and strategy, expanding its missional impact, and prioritising ministry in the city centre, the growth of the 4:30pm congregation, and work with children, young people, and families.

Mission Apprentice (St Margaret’s Frizinghall)
Salary: £14,000
Hours of work: 20 hours per week
Closing date: 31st August
Interviews date: TBC
We're looking for someone to join our two-year Mission Apprentice programme, with a particular focus on Operations and Administration, and/or Youth. You will be based at St Margaret's Church in Frizinghall and receive training as a part of the Diocese of Leeds Mission Apprentice cohort.
